Blue Dream feminised seeds bring together a Blueberry × Haze lineage in a balanced profile of approximately 60% sativa and 40% indica. The plants can show vigorous vertical growth, productive side branching and long flower clusters that may develop blue or purple colour when conditions encourage it. Listed THC potential is 17–24%, with CBD at 0–1%; actual cannabinoid levels vary with the growing environment, plant expression and harvest timing.

Aromas and flavours may combine ripe berry sweetness with earthy, tropical notes. Myrcene, pinene and caryophyllene are among the associated terpenes. Individual experiences differ, but some people describe Blue Dream as uplifting, energetic or creatively focused at first, followed by a more relaxed feeling. Growing in New Zealand

Presented in the Kiwi Seed Bank catalogue, Blue Dream is an intermediate-level feminised variety suited to temperate and hot, dry conditions. Its Haze influence can produce substantial height and stretch, so early planning is useful. Feminised seeds are intended to produce female plants, although plant expression and performance can never be assured.

For New Zealand’s southern-hemisphere cycle, outdoor planting is generally considered during spring, from September to November. Choose timing according to local temperatures, daylight, wind exposure and rainfall. Good airflow, sensible spacing and protection from prolonged damp conditions can reduce the risk of mould as flowers gain density.

Indoor

Indoors, Blue Dream may reach up to 200 cm unless its height is managed. Training and an even canopy can help make better use of available light while keeping vigorous branches organised. Allow enough headroom for flowering stretch and maintain steady airflow around the upper and lower growth.

In wetter districts, inspect dense growth regularly and keep foliage from becoming crowded. Hot, dry or temperate locations are the strongest match, but local microclimates remain important.

Harvest

In New Zealand, outdoor harvest commonly falls between March and May, depending on planting date, latitude, weather and plant maturity. Handle finished flowers carefully and store them in stable, dry conditions to help retain their aroma, flavour and overall quality.
