The aromatic profile blends sweet lemon with pine and dry woody notes. Myrcene, alpha-pinene and beta-caryophyllene are among the associated terpenes. Growing in New Zealand

ACDC is rated as an intermediate cultivar. In New Zealand, outdoor planting generally aligns with spring, from September to November, once local conditions are reliably mild. It suits temperate regions and can also perform in hot, dry settings when moisture and root-zone temperatures are managed carefully.

Regional conditions vary considerably. Northern areas may offer a longer warm period, while southern and elevated sites can face cooler nights and shorter seasonal windows. Choose a bright position with airflow, avoid persistently wet ground and monitor changing autumn weather. Always check the rules that apply in your location before acquiring or growing cannabis seeds.

Indoor

Indoors, plants may reach up to 80 cm, making ACDC suitable for spaces where vertical control matters. A consistent light schedule, moderate feeding and early canopy shaping can help keep growth even. Its branching responds well to gentle training, but allow recovery time after each adjustment.

In wetter districts, shelter from prolonged rain can be useful late in flowering. Regularly inspect dense growth, remove damaged material and support branches if flower weight increases. Harvest

For New Zealand outdoor gardens, the expected harvest window is March–May. Check flower maturity directly rather than relying only on the calendar, as location and planting date can shift timing.
